Please note that the Reserve Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. It initiates the process of acquisition for your piece, reserving the price and right of original acquisition for your collection for up to 7 business days to complete the financial transaction.

1. RESERVE NOW button, using this button will add the reservation to your cart. Process the payment. Completing the Payment for the Reserve Deposit initiates your acquisition transaction. This action secures your acquisition for up to 7 business days and prevents the piece of artwork from the being purchased by anyone else.

   *Please only proceed with this transaction when you are confident as the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE, this fee protects our buyers from unnecessary holdups and protects our Atelier from missed opportunities.

   *To ensure a smooth transaction, you'll want to have your finances accessible for transfer to complete the full purchase within 7 business days of your reserve deposit.

2. Acquisition Initiated. We're nearly there. An Atelier Goldie representative will connect with you to complete a FINTRAC Know Your Buyer form and discuss any additional details; where, how and when you'd prefer to have your art shipped or delivered, tariffs and/or taxes that may need to be added-on, and the final payment amount.

3. Final Payment You'll receive your final payment invoice and our wire transfer address for the remaining total. (Yes, your Reserve Deposit is applied to your total).

4. Payment Complete. Congratulations! You have acquired a 'GOLDIE' . Once the payment has fully cleared. We release your acquired piece for delivery. Our art shipments are fully insured and tracked door to door.

Taxes: The price indicated for this piece in the collectors lounge is subject to tax or tariffs based on your country or shipping destination.

Copyright: Acquiring the original does not grant publishing, print or copyrights.

Atelier Compliance: Failure to complete the transaction within 7 business days will result in the loss of your deposit and release the original artwork back into the collectors lounge for purchase by another buyer.

Government of Canada Compliance: FINTRAC As a condition of sale for luxury purchases above $10,000, in. Canada, we are obligated by FINTRAC Know Your Buyer Law, to include client identification in the transaction record. It's also a useful necessity for your Record of Provenance documentation.
